Results of Operation and Financial
Condition. |
On April 11, 2008, Sterling Chemicals,
Inc. (“Sterling”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the
year ended December 31, 2007. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being
filed pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K to disclose financial results for
the year ended December 31, 2007 not previously disclosed in Sterling’s
Form 10-K, pursuant to Exhibit 99.1 hereto. As previously announced,
members of Sterling’s management will hold a conference call to discuss its
Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2007 and the
information in this Current Report on Form 8-K on April 14, 2008 at
10:00 a.m. Central Time. Individuals interested in hearing the call may
